CEC takes its Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) responsibilities very seriously for all employees, sub-contractors and clients. To this end the company operates an OHS system specifically designed, by Master Electricians Australia, for the electrical contracting business. |
As part of this system CEC has put in place the following OHS tiers to comply with the Occupational Safety & Health Act 1984, and the Occupational Safety & Health Regulations 1996:
The company operates a two-tier Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for the work it undertakes:
All CEC electricians and engineers are accredited to the Safety Awareness Training program for the building and construction industry.

The company operates a two-tier Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for the work it undertakes:
- The first tier is a JHA\SWMS used for small installation and service work, and is completed for each job undertaken.
- For large contracts both a Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan will be implemented to meet client requirements.
All CEC electricians and engineers are accredited to the Safety Awareness Training program for the building and construction industry.
