The project managers employed by CEC, have years of experience combined with good people skills, a knowledge of what is expected at site level and the ability to look forward, knowing what you do today will impact what has to be done tomorrow.
As with all departments at CEC, training is paramount and the management team is no different. Regular training seminars and round table discussions are part of the company ethos and managers are encouraged to bring any new ideas to the attention of the group no matter how alternative they may seem.Contract management is covered at all levels.
